Low Light and Painting with Light (Friday 1 February 2019)

A fun and creative evening playing with shutter speed and learning how to keep true colour in low-light!

 

Set on a rooftop in Sandton – this workshop is going to be an absolute treat. This award-winning workshop (Best adventure at The Cape Getaway Show)  set at this unique and secret location offers a variety of scenes. The opportunity for rare, diverse and exciting photography is inspiring and endless as this workshop takes place over an evening and into the night light.

Catch the Gautrain into Sandton – avoid the traffic. 

Date and time:

Friday 1 February 2019. 17h00 – 20h00.

Venue:

This Workshop takes place on Sandton Rooftop (venue sent to all confirmed participants).

Meeting and Ending Point:

In the Foyer of the Gautrain facing Rivonia Road. The last train to Hatfield departs at 20h38 and to ORT just after 21h00 – allowing plenty of time after the workshop to catch the train home.

Number of pax:

Min 6 people. Max 20 people.

Non-photographers are welcome at the same price as photographers.

Cost:

R600.00 per person.

Professional workshops on location under the guidance of an Accredited South African Professional Photographer. Peter Hassall and Leanne Dryburgh.

Excludes:

Camera gear and accessories.

What to Bring :

Your camera gear with a lens that has a focal lengths of up to 100mm (so quite a wide angle option on your lens) A tripod is essential (You can rent a tripod on the day from thephotowalkers.com for a fee of R100.00).

What to Wear:

Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended. Wind breakers come in handy for photographing at dusk and dawn and pockets are useful.

Fitness:

We will be walking up some stairs.

Cancellation Policy:

Should there be inclement weather which forces the workshop to cancel, thephotowalkers.com will reschedule.

In the event that you have to cancel for any reason what-so-ever,  thephotowalkers.com will hold a credit for you for up to 3 months.

In the event that thephotowalkers.com has to cancel for any other reason,
you will be refunded in full.
