Transkei Hotel Hopping (22 – 30 June 2019)

The Transkei is a largely untouched part of South Africa – join us as we explore it on foot and through the lens.

The ‘slack-packing’ hike takes place on some of the most unspoilt and picturesque sections of the coastline and can be walked by anyone who is reasonably fit and enjoys rambling. We overnight in established and well known Transkei Hotels. We hike for 6 days but stay for 8 – allowing us time to soak Transkei into our souls – and capture the essence of it through our lens.
